Supported Technology

• PC - Dell, Lenovo Must support WIN11. If the computer only supports the minimum the computer will not operate very well, and we recommend at least 16 GB of RAM and a I5 or better processor with 2565 GB of Harddrive space. Dell or Lenovo recommended but we are open to supporting other vendors if their is a warranty on equipment. Generally speaking a computer should be replaced every 3-5 years, so anything older will start to have issues.

• MAC - Can run MacOS 14 Sonoma (MacOS)

• Router/Firewall/Switch/WAP covered under support contract (Equipment is not end of life) Cisco, Juniper, Unifi, Fortigate, Aruba Instant On, ask about others as there are many vendors for these services and we are open to discussing.
